Sewer line backups and stoppages in Palm Beach and Broward County are a very common problem that the Plumbing Experts respond to regularly.  Pipes can last for decades without problems, however, eventually they begin to deteriorate, or break due to a shifting foundation or pressure from another source.  Tree roots can also infiltrate the pipes, causing cracks and never-ending clogs.

Luckily, we’ve mastered the use of ‘sewer cameras’ in order to avoid disturbing your floor or foundation to detect the broken pipes and leaks, as well as tunneling, a method used to go under the foundation to fix or replace the pipes.

Plumbing Experts was recently called due to a stoppage at a residence in Pembroke Pines, Florida where nothing was draining.  Our Plumber ran a camera from the house, to the city about 20 feet away.  He discovered that roots grew into the line.  After determining the bad pipe section, the technician dug up a 5-foot wide square, 4 feet deep and replaced the old SDR piping with PVC pipes.

In cases like this where replacement is necessary, Plumbing Experts utilizes corrosion-resistant PVC (polyvinyl chloride pipes), due to its many advantages, such as chemical and corrosion resistance and overall longer service lifespan.
